Accutemp System
The future of liquid heating has arrived
Stokes Synertec, a world leader in the design and manufacture of electrical elements, has developed a product that will revolutionise liquid heating appliances world-wide.
The Stokes Accutemp System is an electronically controlled liquid heating unit that maintains temperatures more accurately than any other comparable system.
Integrated technology
A joint development between Stokes and Philips, the Accutemp System is the most advanced liquid heating system available.
Unlike mechanical or liquid expansion thermostat controlled units, the Accutemp System utilises a computer chip (integrated circuit) to maintain precise temperatures. This reduces large temperature fluctuations and excessive steam.
World leading features
- Precise temperature control.
The Accutemp System accurately controls temperature within 2 Celsius (3-4 Fahrenheit) reducing the possibility of steam damage to walls and ceilings. - Boil-dry protection.
The system instantly reacts when water levels drop below the element and eliminates overheating. - Fail-safe protection.
To comply with most regulatory bodies a fusible link is built into the system. - Energy efficient.
Due to the Accutemp's ability to maintain accurate temperatures, the system is more energy efficient than traditional units. - High reliability.
Built with the highest quality stainless steel and sealed with a hydrostatic O-ring seal, the Accutemp System is built to last and is less prone to leakage related failures. The stainless steel element sheath and fittings make it perfect for all hot water drinking applications.
Base and side mount types
The system is available in a base mount (designed to be mounted from inside the vessel) and a side mount design that can be mounted from outside the vessel. Flange mounts can be supplied for side mount types. Standard wattages from 750 to 3000 watts (240 volts) are available. All systems come complete with termination leads.
Unlimited application
The Accutemp System has been designed to fit into almost any application that requires hot liquids including:
- food and drink vending machines soup kettles
- coffee and tea dispensers
- bain-maries
- hot and cold water fountains (boilers)
- hot water urns
- domestic hot water units.
Optional features
The Accutemp System can also be incorporated with variable temperature control and indicator lights.
World-wide patents
Due to the innovative technology that has been incorporated into the Accutemp System, it is protected by patents in Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom and United States.
